Q: Where is the Hotel located?
A: The hotel is located in a quiet position in Lignano Pineta, about 30 m.
from the beach and about 10 minutes walk along the shore from the centre.
Q: When meals are served?
A: A rich breakfast-buffet is served from 8.00 a.m. to 9.45 a.m.,
lunch from 12.30 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.,
dinner from 7.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m..
Q: When does the Hotel close?
A: The Hotel is never closed, a night porter is on duty from 10.00 p.m. to 7.00 a.m..
Q:Do you have a swimming pool?
A: Yes, a swimming pool with hydro-massage (14 m. x 8 m.)
and a children's pool.
Q:When is the pool open?
A: It's open from 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and from 4.00 p.m. to
8.00 p.m..
Q: Is the beach material included in
the price of the room?
A: Yes, the Hotel offers one beach-umbrella and two beach-beds per room on our private beach area (supplement charged for the second row).
Q: Are there any special
services for children?
A: Lunch and dinner may be served 15 minutes earlier, at
12.15 p.m. and at 7.15 p.m.. We also provide cots, bed guards,
high chairs in the restaurant and bike child seats. There is
also an outdoor activity area and a children's playroom.
Our animator which stays in our Hotel from 12 noon to 2.30 p.m.
and from 7 p.m. till about 9.30 p.m. will provide for your
children’s amusement.
Q: What does the price of the room
include?
A: It includes the type of booking which has been selected
(bed and breakfast, half board or full board), the beach
material, the use of the swimming pool, the use of the fitness-room and
parking facilities (unattended). Drinks not included..
Q: Is the hotel provided with a
garage?
A: Yes, garage parking is available on request for an
extra charge of 10,00 Euro per night.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Yes, small and medium sized pets are allowed (a charge
of 10,00 Euro will be made for cleaning the room at the end of
your holiday). Our large garden and the surrounding pinewood are
ideal for animals. However, pets are not allowed in the dining
room, pool area or on the beach..
Q: Can I pay by credit
card or by cheque?
A: Yes, we accept Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, Bancomat and
cheques.
Q: How much deposit must I leave?
A: 200,00 Euro per room. Upon receipt of the deposit we will send
you a written confirmation of your booking.
Q: How can I send the deposit?
A: In two manners:
1) through the post office;
2) through the bank.
